Every week at 98 we hit a Game Day session. It’s great for team spirit, it keeps everyone honest, it showcases the reasons why we do what we do.

We train hard so that we, when needed or called upon, can support and carry our share of the load for the team, or family or friends.

Team of 2

300 Burpees for Time
*Every 3 mins complete
200m run or 20cal Ski/Row/Bike Erg
*Can be shared or completed by one player
