This recipe is easy to make in bulk and keep in an individual container for a grab and go breakfast.

Nutrition Information:
463 cal – 21g Protein – 21g Fat – 42g Carbs – 10g Fibre

Ingredients:
50g Oats 
100g Plain Greek yoghurt 
100g Berries 
25g Almonds
50ml Milk

Method:
In a small bowl, mix the ingredients and store in a sealed container.

This has 2 serves of whole grains, is high in protein and easy to prepare and eat on the run.
