MEET THE TEAM
Noah first entered a gym when he was 13. He still remembers the day like it was yesterday. It was Bob Landers Gym, South Hurstville. That gym is long gone but the passion for lifting weights and fitness that came from those early days never left him. Noah’s life took him in various directions, especially to education where he has spent over 25 years transforming lives through learning. That entire time he has remained on a fitness journey that has included amateur bodybuilding, boxing, martial arts, CrossFit and now various fitness competitions such as Hyrox and the Turf Games.
In recent years, Noah has taken his journey in fitness more seriously, retraining as a PT and coach, and deciding to open a gym of his own which is what brought Noah and 98 together. The relationship between them has gone from strength to strength based on shared values and a commitment to improving people’s lives by delivering the highest quality, science-based, strength and conditioning programs. 98 Neutral Bay is the culmination of a long journey and a dream that started in a suburban gym over 40 years ago.
Noah is passionate about training the older athlete. As someone in his 50s, he realises the importance of strength and conditioning training for quality of life and longevity only increases as a person gets older. Noah’s goal is to work with people of all age groups but specifically with people in their 50s and older to achieve their fitness and life goals.

Noah’s fitness journey began at 13 in a small South Hurstville gym. Decades later, after a 25-year career in education, his passion for training never waned. From bodybuilding and boxing to Hyrox and Turf Games, fitness has always been central. Retraining as a coach led him to 98, where shared values and a science-based approach inspired 98 Neutral Bay. Now in his 50s, Noah focuses on helping older athletes build strength, longevity, and confidence — proving it’s never too late to raise the standard.

Born and raised in country NSW, Annie’s athletic journey started with competitive track running, touch football and rugby 7s both in Australia and abroad in Hong Kong. These experiences fueled her passion for team environments and the camaraderie that comes with training in a group, which naturally led her to step into a coaching role within a similar setting.
Across Annie’s 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has expanded and diversified her skillset to develop a better understanding of health as a whole. Currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine, her passion for understanding the internal mechanisms of the body, paired with her focus on physical fitness principles, allows her to assist clients in building strong foundations for long-term health.
Guided by integrity, dedication, a positive mindset, and a genuine care for helping others, she is excited to be a part of the 98 Team.

Growing up in a very active household, Morgan’s life naturally revolved around movement and sport. Her competitive swimming background instilled values of discipline, commitment, and resilience. It also fostered a deep love for physical challenges and the mental fulfilment that comes from pushing boundaries and achieving new goals.
Morgan’s passion for fitness led her to discover group training, inspiring her to earn her Certificate III and IV in Fitness while simultaneously completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Visual Communication). Over the past five years, she has coached at a range of Gyms around Sydney, alongside her Graphic Design Career.
Morgan’s energy and enthusiasm are the heart of her coaching approach. Her mission is to empower every individual she works with to discover the same joy and fulfilment she finds in training — building a strong foundation and embracing the challenge of doing hard things.

Born and raised in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and now a Cremorne local, Sophie began her career in physiotherapy, working across major Sydney and regional hospitals, private clinics, and rehabilitation settings. Over that time, she has gained invaluable experience working with hundreds of clients resolving pain, rehabilitating injuries, and priming athletes for sport. Her passion for movement and performance eventually led her to transition into the fitness industry, where she believes health and fitness are the keys to a long, happy life. She gained experience working in the Gold Coast, an expansive fitness community, where she successfully helped a vast number clients in 1:1 and group fitness settings reach their ultimate goals.
Sophie thrives in the energy of group training, where the social aspect and shared motivation create an unmatched atmosphere. She is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve endurance, prevent and resolve injuries, and feel their best while making training both rewarding and enjoyable. She believes in goal oriented training - where no goal is too big or small - but what matters is the “why” behind the goal.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys CrossFit, running, and is in the early stages of triathlon training. She has competed in a couple of half marathons and has a full marathon on the cards for 2025.
Sophie is passionate about helping clients push past their limits, achieve real results, and gain more than just physical benefits from their training. She believes anything is achievable if you just set your mind to it!

Born in New Zealand and moving to Australia in his early adolescence, Jesse has always been a part of a team sports. Thriving through his rugby league and rugby union career throughout his early teenage years to his adult years in both WA and NSW.
With past history of injuries this is where he found his passion for fitness, as he saw medicine through movement. With his experiences and knowledge he hopes to help move all ages and abilities with the same beliefs.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Alasdair’s love of sport and exercise began at the age of six with rugby. While completing a BSc in Sports Science & Health, he became increasingly drawn to the strength and conditioning side of sport, leading him to cease playing and begin coaching CrossFit alongside his studies.
He later moved to the UK to complete a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University, before returning to Ireland during the pandemic. There, he became Performance Nutritionist for the Dublin Senior Ladies Football Team (Ireland’s equivalent of the AFLW).
Although nutrition is his bread and butter, Alasdair missed the day-to-day, face-to-face interaction of coaching, so he returned to CrossFit coaching alongside his nutrition work. After two seasons with the Dublin Ladies team and countless hours of coaching, he relocated to Sydney in 2023.
Since then, he has focused on coaching full-time while enjoying the health and fitness lifestyle synonymous with the city.
